Careers &collaborators

For people who take craft seriously… and leave room to play.

Kindred thinkers

Show us what made you curious.

We are interested in people who can move between disciplines: designers who think in systems, developers who care about feel, artists who give a character a life beyond its silhouette.

Gaming and health and wellness are our preferred spaces. If you care about thoughtful, inventive experiences in those worlds, we would like to know what you make and how you think.

▶ What we value

Three things we look for.

01✎

Craft with intention

Make choices you can explain. Care about the small things because they change how the whole experience feels.

02?

Question generously

Challenge assumptions without treating curiosity as a competition. The best answer can come from anywhere.

03✦

Play with purpose

Try the unexpected. Then take a clear-eyed look at what it adds, what it costs and who it helps.
